Intergenerationals is our initiative to reimagine leadership and decision-making through meaningful collaboration between generations. We work to open boards, advisory councils, and power-holding spaces to young people — not as token representatives, but as equal partners in governance. Through research, convenings, training, opportunity sharing, placements, and practical tools, Intergenerationals equips institutions to share power responsibly while supporting youth to step into leadership with confidence and care. Our goal is simple: build models of co-leadership that are more inclusive, future-ready, and capable of delivering lasting climate and social impact.
